Join youth artists from Yollocalli to create a collaborative landscape using wheat paste techniques. Reflect on and talk with others about what it is like to live in urban or rural landscapes.

Yollocalli Arts Reach has been keeping it weird since 1997. Yollocalli is the youth initiative of the National Museum of Mexican Art and provides free visual art and digital media programming to teens and young adults in the Little Village and Pilsen neighborhoods. Yollocalli's mission is to strengthen the value of art and culture by providing equal access to communal, artistic, and cultural resources that allow youth to become creative and engaged community members.

Youth-led events, highlighting youth voices and open to visitors of all ages, are organized by Chicago artists under 21 with the support of the MCA’s Manager of Youth and Family Programs Grace Needlman.
