Loving Repeating: A Musical of Gertrude Stein

Coproduced and copresented with About Face Theatre

From the Tony Award–winning team of director Frank Galati and composer Stephen Flaherty, Loving Repeating: A Musical of Gertrude Stein is a new chamber-scale musical about the life and loves of the American expatriate author, intellectual, and modernist. Using exclusively selected writings of Stein's, Frank Galati's insightful adaptation and Stephen Flaherty's charming music bring to life Stein's great love of language, her life with Alice B. Toklas, and her fascinating view of the world. Loving Repeating is an inspired homage to a pivotal 20th-century artist.
