Charles Ives was one of the first composers to write in the American idiom. To celebrate his 100th birthday, the American Chamber Trio performs works from this revolutionary composer’s oeuvre, including Second Violin and Piano Sonata, Some South-Paw Pitching, Varied Air and Variations, and Trio for Violin Cello and Piano.
