Enough! Indira Freitas Johnson and Voices From Around the World

August 30 – November 2, 2003

In this special project Evanston-based artist Indira Freitas Johnson will present a collaborative, interactive work. Johnson collects responses to three questions about what we want and transfers the answers to various traditional Indian forms of artistic and cultural expression, including the toran, an embroidered door hanging that welcomes friends and deities into the sacred space of the home.
