Reminder: The MCA Box Office is closed on Mondays and the museum cannot process any refunds, exchanges, or registrations on Mondays.

Registration Registration is complete only when accompanied by full payment. (Sorry, but we cannot hold space unless payment is received.) We accept payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Enrollment is limited. Please register early to ensure your place. We will send a letter of confirmation to registrants for classes or workshops. The MCA reserves the right to cancel or adjust classes, activities, or events at the discretion of the education department.

In Person Registration forms and payments may be dropped off at the MCA Box Office in the Robert B. & Beatrice C. Mayer Education Center on the first floor.

By Telephone Telephone registration must be made by credit card. To register for all programs and events, please call the MCA Box Office at 312.397.4010 during museum hours.

Online When online registrations are made available, ticket requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. If you register online for a program that is already full, your credit card will not be charged and you will be notified promptly by email and/or phone.

Cancellations The MCA reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment without incurring obligations. If a class is canceled, you may transfer to another class or request a full tuition refund. Since programs fill quickly, please register promptly.

Refunds Withdrawal must take place no later than one week prior to the start of a program. You will be refunded full tuition less a 10% processing fee. Credits toward future programs will be issued for withdrawals that take place within the week preceding the start of a program. Once a program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Makeup Classes If a class is canceled due to inclement weather or other variables, a makeup class will be scheduled. If a student is unable to attend a class for any reason, the MCA is not responsible for providing an additional makeup class or a refund.

Talks and Discussions Ticket Policy Space is limited. Tickets are available at the MCA Box Office during museum hours or by calling 312.397.4010. If a lecture is fully reserved, we will start a waiting list one hour before the lecture. The MCA is wheelchair accessible.
